August - Back to School BBQ
The Back to School BBQ was our first FFA meeting of the 2019-2020 school year. Members had the opportunity to meet new people, eat hotdogs and hamburgers, and play dodgeball. The meeting started in the cafeteria and moved outside into the amphitheater. While students played dodgeball, their parents were listening to a presentation by Mr.Faria about FFA

September - Skate Night Meeting
The Skate Night Meeting was held at Rollerland in Merced. We provided transportation to the roller rink for our members that can't drive. The business portion of the meeting was held at school before leaving. Our members exchanged their shoes for skates and showed off their skating skills. We provided pizza and soda for dinner. Students got to skate around the rink, talk to other members, listen to music, and eat food.
October - Harvest Carnival
Our leadership class spent a lot of time preparing for the Harvest Carnival meeting. Members who attended got to play games such as corn hole, a ring toss, and darts. There were other activities as well such as a haunted house, photobooth, face painting station, and food stations. Members were given tickets for winning the games and had the chance to earn prizes from the raffle.
November - Flag Football Meeting
At our November meeting, members gathered in the amphitheater for the business portion and moved to the field to play flag football. Members who weren't interested in playing could watch the games, listen to music, and even try out karaoke. For food, we provided hot Cheetos and cheese.
December - Greenhand / Chapter Degree Banquet
The Greenhand and Chapter Degree banquet was a good opportunity for our members to introduce their parents to the FFA. Members and their families got to eat dinner, listen to our guest speakers and watch our members be awarded their green hand or chapter degrees. We also recognized members who participated in the Opening and Closing contest.
