Career Development Events (CDE) are contests that are centered around an agricultural career field. California has 31 different CDE's that range from Agronomy to Ag Mechanics. These events are often sponsored by agricultural industries that are related to the event, this ensures that the contests are what they would experience in the industry. CDE's occur all throughout the year, all across the state.
